Secluded location here, but that's cool for a peaceful stay. the room was neat, with a handy electric kettle and fridge 🍵.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was clean, tidy, and had free tea and coffee facilities. The location was a bit far from the center, but it gave us the opportunity for a nice walk. The staff were incredibly friendly and the owner gave us great recommendations on things to see and do. We loved the firm beds, perfect for my back, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the cooked-to-order omelette. a fantastic experience and we can't wait to come back.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with some pre-printed information in the rooms for English-speaking customers. Despite the owner's best efforts, there was a language barrier that made communication a bit difficult.

You can also rent mini-jeeps to drive on mountain ways, and there's a nice garden with a barbecue facility to use.

The room had a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries - totally amazing! I also loved the fact that there was a balcony with a view. The TV and fridge in the room were really convenient too. As someone with physical handicaps, these features made my stay at Pensiunea Riffelt really comfortable.

I personally didn't like the cable TV in the suite. But hey, that's just my opinion.

During my holiday stay, I enjoyed the stunning views the hotel had, which made waking up in the mornings something to look forward to. , the warm and welcoming greetings I received from the staff added warmth to my heart. The location was excellent as it was easy to access all the top sites. An added advantage was the variety of dishes to choose from during breakfast.

The walls between the rooms were thin, allowing me to hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, which sometimes disturbed me. the hotel was situated on a side street which made it hard to find for those who did not know the area and had to rely on maps or directions.
